DOT regulations direct companies to have at least one Designated Employee Representative (D.E.R) whose responsibility is to monitor, facilitate, receive random selections and confidential drug/alcohol results, and answer questions for their employees related to the law and your specific company policy. Please take a moment to add the contact information and permissions for each person that Paramex will be communicating with at your company as a D.E.R. You can submit as many DERs as pertain to your company. Each may have varying permissions. It is important to note that Paramex will not be able to share information or allow changes to be made from someone who is not a D.E.R. You can always add or remove a DER later.
