The Legal DNA test supplies the answer to the relation between the child and alleged parent and includes the additional confirmation of having the mother's DNA tested (at no additional cost) in paternity tests. Identities and results are Notarized and stand legal and COURT ADMISSABLE.

For the low cost of under $2 a day, give your company the insurance of having a drug and alcohol testing company on-call for your unplanned post accidents and reasonable suspicion testing. This service is only available to members and the cost to enroll now is lower than paying for the membership at the time of the unplanned testing event in the middle of the night or weekend. The membership fee covers the below listed perks. Importantly, Members do not pay any extra after-hours fees for unplanned post accidents and reasonable suspicion tests throughout the year, no matter how many times you need the service.

This membership has no added fees for post accidents or reasonable suspicion. Membership allows for the company to pre-schedule other planned testing, such as random tests, to be completed after-hours and on weekends. This service option has an added fee of $50.00 per hour applied to all travel and testing that starts or ends outside our normal business hours. The fee is not pro-rated and is charged for every 1-60 minute segment of time that is needed for the testing.
Membership only covers access of the use of the service. All service prices for drug and alcohol tests will still apply after-hours the same as during business hours.

Frequently asked questions
1. COMPANY | We are from out of the area and only need you once, Do we need a membership?
Yes you do. Membership is required for everyone using the service. You may only use the service once, but it will be available to you for the remainder of the year. Your cost will likely be higher, because Paramex does not easily pay staff to remain on-call 24-7 for anyone who may need the service. It is reserved for paying members.
3. PERSONAL | How much will I pay for after-hours testing?
Personal tests can be scheduled for after hours. Scheduling must take place before 12pm on the day of the test, or by 12pm on Friday for any Saturday or Sunday testing. The cost of pre-arranged after hours is $150.00 and must be paid in advance to secure the appointment. No-shows will not receive a reimbursement for this fee. Cancellations for after hours appointments, made 2 hours or more before the appointment, can receive a refund of $100.00. Personal testing does not have the option of calling after hours for an unplanned-unscheduled test on any day of the week.
4. COURT | How much will I pay for after-hours testing?
Court tests can be scheduled for after hours. Scheduling must take place before 12pm on the day of the test, or by 12pm on Friday for any Saturday or Sunday testing. The cost of pre-arranged after hours is $150.00 and must be paid in advance to secure the appointment. All cancelled or No-Show tests will only receive 75.00 reimbursement from the 150.00. Paramex is not responsible for contacting/notifying any person to test or offering confirmation or reminders for appointment times / after-hours. Any unscheduled testing requests on the weekend or after 12pm on week days will have an increased cost of $250.00 with a reimbursement price of $125.00 for cancelled or No-Show tests.

The membership covers the availability but not the cost of the tests. You will still be paying the normal cost of a drug test or alcohol test that you would pay for during business hours. Your membership covers the cost of being seen after hours.
2. COMPANY | If we are members, do we have to pay for every after-hours test we get?
4. PROBATION PROGRAMS | I'm in a probation program and cannot control what days I am selected. What do I do to test with Paramex?
Paramex fully understands the complexity of being in a probation program. We are available to you 7 days a week for observed urine collections, and 3 days a week for blood draw testing. On weekdays that you are selected to test, please call our office by 9am to schedule any after hours testing that is needed, if you are not free to come in for testing during our normal business hours that day. On weekends that you are selected to test, please call our after hours by 8am to notify us that you will need testing arranged that day. Since more than one may call on a weekend, it is our preference to schedule the appointment times close together to avoid multiple trips to our office on a closed day. Please remain flexible for test times on weekends and NOTE: the most popular time for testing on Saturday and Sunday is 1pm.
