Membership Selection
Drug & Alcohol testing services are available at every membership level. Access and 24-7 Memberships increase the number of provided services and provide added availability for you employees to be seen sooner. Access and 24-7 memberships also provide a lower cost for services. The membership price is an annual fee paid by the company to continue using the added services, availability, after hours access, online tools, and lower priced drug and alcohol testing. The service member level is recommended for companies who need non-DOT drug & alcohol testing but will use the services less often. *Memberships are listed at a monthly price but are charged annually for a full year of membership. Membership does not include the cost of services (i.e. drug tests, physicals will still be billed.)

You will have access to a scheduling link for our Chico Drug Testing office. Hours and availability will be based on the scheduling app alone. Your employees cannot be seen outside of this availability. Non-Member Companies must bring their testing forms and test authorizations for each appointment. There is no walk-in or after hours available. *payment may be required for the collection depending on the testing company that manages your program.

Membership will be charged yearly to a credit card kept on file by authorization of the company. Memberships cannot be invoiced for 30-60-90 day payment. Memberships are not monthly for single access to scheduler. Membership will renew yearly on the date of enrollment. Memberships are not prorated or refunded in part for cancelation after the services have been used once. Your company will receive a credit card authorization form to be filled. Get access to our Paramex clinic hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 4pm. With same day scheduling option. In addition, Paramex can store your companies CCFs and test kits for easier testing of your employees.
If you need us outside of our normal business hours or in emergency situations without an appointment - we recommend our 24-7 membership.

This is ideal for companies with employee work hours that may require tests when Paramex offices are typically closed. Use our Paramex full access and double booking scheduler. You will have access to use us on-call for emergency testing only, plus after hours, and weekend testing for
post accidents and
reasonable suspicion needs.
