Memberships are available for companies who need same day appointments, walk-in testing, onsite, and 24-7 response.

- Urine Testing - Paramex will follow all on-screen protocol for e-screen - quest - formfox collections. All unregulated testing on CCFs and POCT will follow mirrored DOT collection protocols (without observed requirements).


- Hair Testing - Paramex will only collect head hair that is 3/4 of an inch or longer. Hair will not be collected from the face or body.


- MARIJUANA - Customers should direct all marijuana questions to their employers.  Paramex does not offer interpretation into State and Federal legislation or direction regarding the policy of a testing company.  Recent use of marijuana can cause an odor left behind on breath and clothes.  Customers are asked to be considerate of marijuana odor and refrain from visiting until strong odors have subsided.  Many of our office visitors are screened or restricted from THC / Marijuana use by agencies such as D.O.T.  We want to respect each visitor and ask you help us maintain a testing environment that everyone feels comfortable in.  (This is not a listing or inquiry into a persons use and an odor will never be reported to a company.)

Members Scheduling

For employment drug and alcohol testing (DOT and Non-DOT) Member only scheduling is for companies directly enrolled with testing through Paramex.

TB Skin
Testing

Schedule a TB Skin Test or TB assessment with a nurse from our website.  Appointments are required for this service.  All TB skin tests require a follow up visit 2-3 days after your initial appointment.  You only need to schedule your first appointment slot online.

DOT / CDL Physicals

Paramex only bills physicals to companies enrolled in our consortiums or with pre-arranged signed agreements for service.  All appointments are located at 1450 Sherman Avenue,
