Have clients in our area? Need a collection site for collections and physicals? Paramex contracts with multiple other TPAs for specific needs and protocols. We are certified for DOT collections and ship to nearly any lab. We can offer 24-7 services for post accidents and reasonable suspicion with a membership. Onsite services are available for 24-7 members and an hourly rate applies. Not all TPAs or accounts can be serviced based on frequency, location, EMSI affiliation, and payment history.

OUR Pricing
Our agreement for your clients to use our collection sites and be billed for services does not include contracted pricing. Paramex' reserves the right to increase any service cost to reflect a reasonable allowance to continue providing fair business at a profit to the company due to local and broad changes in economy.

OUR Terms
All Outside TPAs and Companies requesting to use our Chico CA office as a clinic for their clients or employees: must complete our online enrollment to ensure we have all your protocol and that you understand our terms. Please kindly understand you are asking us for services and will need to agree to a 30 day payment for invoiced services.
Collection Site PRICES
All collectors and collection processes follow strict 49 CFR DOT protocol. Specific collection protocols and paperwork distribution instructions must be submitted for each client whose services may vary from standard protocol. All certificates of training and material calibration are available upon request.
